Booking & Availability
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, this space is BYOB and designed for you to make it your own. You can have catering delivered and bring your own alcohol to make a drink station. We have a Kitchenette with a large counter for food and a fridge. We also have a second fridge at the Bar, so no need to bring coolers! You must provide your own plates, cups, utensils, napkins for the food as well. Please do not bring excessive liquor.
Can we hire a bartender or caterer?
Yes, you can staff your own party if you would like. Please provide us with the details before your booking. The space is flexible to accommodate all types of celebrations.
How far in advance can I book?
The sooner you book, the better. If you are booking last minute, please allow at least 5 days in advance, but nothing is guaranteed until the payment is processed and the contract is signed.
What if my booking includes hours before 4pm and after?
The hours before 4pm will be discounted 20%, and the hours after will be full price.
Are kids allowed?
Yes, kids are allowed; however there must be more adults than children present. This is an adult space.
Do you do kid parties?
No, while kids are allowed here, this is an adult space. Please no parties for kids under 13.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, there is a pet fee per pet. Please read more on our Pricing Add-Ons page.
Is there a smoking area?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed on the premises and will result in a $200 fine. Guests can go outside to the street to smoke.
Do you allow same-day bookings?
No, please contact us at least a week ahead of your event.
Can I change my date or time after booking?
Yes, but please do this 7 days before your booking. You may only change to an available date.
Can I extend my booking while the event is happening if we want to stay longer?
Text us and request this. If we are able to process payment before the end of your booking, it is possible.
What are the hours the space is available for rental.
The Hideout is available every day between 9am - 11pm.
Can I book multiple dates for recurring events?
Yes. Contact us to book and figure out details.
Pricing, Fees & Deposits
What’s included in the rental price?
The space includes free play of a pool table, foosball table, 2 dart boards, and 2 arcade games (a 2-player multi-cade with 5000 games and Carnival King, a one-player shooting game). You can use the kitchenette and bar as you please, each of which feature a refrigerator to keep your refreshments cool and easy to grab. Your guests have full use of the space to yourselves. There are Sonos speakers in each room that you can connect to using the Wi-Fi.
How does the deposit work and when is it refunded?
We take a temporary hold of a credit card charge using Stripe. The charge will not actually be charged, but it will be on hold until after your booking and the space is inspected for damage, then the hold will be released.
What happens if something gets damaged during my event?
We understand that sometimes accidents happen. Please text us with information about what was damaged and what happened. Depending on what it is, we might deduct the amount for repairs from your deposit.
Can I split payment between multiple people?
No, we would prefer to have a main contact for your event.
Rescheduling
In the event you reschedule your event, you may do so for free up to 3 days before your event. If it is under 3 days before your event, you will be charged $100 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations
In the event you cancel your event, you will be refunded in the following schedule. ​​

In the event that the Hideout is not operable and we are the reason for cancellation, your booking will be rescheduled or 100% refunded.
