1. Secure Your Date
After submitting a booking inquiry, we'll be in touch via email to collect the items listed below to secure your booking date.
A 15-minute tour can be scheduled by emailing events@hideoutphilly.com to coordinate a time.
Payment
Pay in full via Venmo or check
Signed Contract
A Rental Agreement will be sent via DocuSign
Photo ID
Forward photos of your ID (front and back)
Security Deposit
Refundable within 48hrs after your event
2. Event Scheduling
​​​​​Complimentary 30-Minute Load-In & Load-Out Time
​​​​​​Every booking includes a 30-minute load-in before your booking and load-out after your booking ends.
If additional time is needed for decorating and take down, please include that time when booking.

Please text if you need help or have any questions during your booking.
Please vacate within 30 minutes after your booking ends
If you have decorations, please begin cleanup before your booking ends so you can vacate within the 30-minute grace period.

Before you leave:

Place all trash in trash cans and recyclables in recycling bins (cardboard, cans, bottles).

Food waste - Bag all food trash, then double-bag it in a contractor bag to prevent leaks. Leave all trash bags on the kitchen floor.

Turn off music.

Green Hideout Entrance - Lock this door by closing the door and pressing the Lock Icon.

Ground Floor Entrance Doors (2) - Close the white door that is propped open (it auto-locks) and Close the last glass door.

The Rules

No underaged drinking.
-
No smoking or vaping inside the space.
(Penalty: $200 fine) -
No confetti, glitter, or party cannons.
(Penalty: $200 fine) -
No DJs or external speakers. Music must be played through the in-house Sonos system via WiFi (phone, tablet, or laptop).

Do not exceed the guest count included in your booking package. (Small, Medium, Large)
Guidelines

We provide trash bags, paper towels, and Lysol wipes in the kitchen, bar, and two bathrooms.

Respect the space and furnishings. Any damage may result in additional charges.

Please be mindful of noise levels when entering and exiting the building.

Decorations are allowed, but must be fully removed during your cleanup time.

Please vacate the space within 30 minutes after your booking ends to avoid additional charges.​
