A First-Timer’s Guide to Hosting at The Hideout
If it’s your first time booking The Hideout, here’s a simple breakdown of what the experience looks like: Before your event: You’ll receive a custom access code to enter. Arrive early to set up food, drinks, and decor. During your event: You have full privacy — no staff on-site. Play music, use the games, relax, and enjoy the night. How Far in Advance Should You Book The Hideout?
We get this question all the time — how soon should you reserve The Hideout?Here’s the short answer: the earlier, the better. Weekends (Fri–Sun): Book at least 4–6 weeks ahead. Weekdays (Mon–Thurs): 1–2 weeks ahead usually works. Holidays or long weekends: Try 2 months in advance — those go fast. If you’re flexible, weekday rates are lower and it’s easier to find open slots. You can always check our live calendar on the website to see what’s available.
